Tip: Enchanting writs have a 3-day rotation which is the same order but starting writ varies from character to character. If your existing writ is the same as the current writs, you will not be offered the writ for the current day.

Certification
Within your faction starting town (Davon’s Watch, Vulkhel Guard, and Daggerfall) and main crafting areas of Vivec City and Alinor , there will be a master consumables crafting master (Danel Telleno) in the Mages’ Guild that will offer you the quest to become certified in Alchemy.
